Matriculants must look for opportunities and be productive

Are you one of the recent matriculants who are not sure what to do with your life and what to pursue this year? Well, I’m quite sure that you are not alone, many young people are at the same place as you right now. Many of you are still trying to figure out what to do this year. You chose not to go to tertiary or perhaps you won’t afford it. Others probably chose to go look for employment to raise money for school next year. Even though education is technically free, you still need some form of financial security to survive tertiary. That is another topic for another day, for now, let us focus on the main topic. There are many opportunities for young people who have just matriculated or those who hold a grade 12 certificate.Employment, Learnership, Internships and Bursary programmes for matriculants are available in both the public and the private sector.

Find your passion matriculants, do what makes you happy.

You must be aware that opportunities will not come to you, it is your responsibility to knock at each and every door find these opportunities. First, you must know what you want to do if studying is not your option this year try something else. Don’t sit at home get out and be productive, the government has many opportunities available for young people who are willing to learn. Find your passion start working on it now it is always good to start nurturing your passion early in life. Be certain of what you choose, take your time, love what you do and do what you love. If you don’t take your time you might end committing yourself to something that you will later lose interest for. Do what you love and that what makes you happy, that is the bottom line at the end of the day.
